The Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust provides care for people living in Birmingham and Solihull, who are living with mental health conditions.

Builtec carried out demolitions and alterations to existing seclusion suites, bedrooms and staff offices. Installation of a specialist resin floor and wall coverings along with internal window replacements and mechanical and electrical alterations, including CCTV were carried out, all within the controlled environment.

The end result needed to match the needs of the building’s occupants, and the client issued us with a highly detailed specification to achieve this level of finish.
