Warwick University Lakeside and Arthur Vic Finishing Refurbishment

Warwick University is a world-leading university with the highest academic and research standards. Builtec carried out the complete refurbishment of 150 bedrooms and en-suites which included the removal and storage of bedroom furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

The project also involved replacing the flooring, decoration throughout, reinstatement of the stored furniture and a final complete clean of the building and grounds.
